Local radar - 1:15PM A few storms have popped up in the area. (I'm hearing thunder every once in a while) The amount of scattered showers should increase throughout the afternoon though there's no guarantee of rain. Tomorrow's chances definitely look more promising so fingers crossed 🤞🤞🤞

StormChaser : 3 pm update- We have some light rain coming through, dark clouds and some thunder, but nothing too serious in the IAH area. Looks very scattered, and probably won't last long.
Strong storm on the east side, near Hobby. This is moving NW so it will not effect Kingwood. More storms will continue to form between now and 6 or 7pm.
