I was in Carrollton yesterday and it was pretty windy, which makes the cold that much worse. I was sure to get the heck out of town by about 2:00. Traffic was bad going through Dallas (always is). 45 was busy all the way back but kept up a good pace.

It is always so windy there in the winter, but in the summer when you need it, nada, unless it is a tornado out of the blue. The weather there is the worst! Especially on the Fort Worth side

Friend and wife are there,with family in Farmer's Branch. He said it is so cold and ugly. They still plan to go to the game, but plan to ride with his cousin, who has some snow chains for his tires, from his time living in CO. I told him I would be watching it from home, please Stay Warm (IF that is even possible?!) Luckily, they are young ; D

I'm a Dallas based flight attendant. Came to work early Wednesday and flew to Madrid on Wednesday night. Here all day today. Would rather spend another day in Spain than get caught up in the mess of DFW airport!
