Flying Biscuit Cafe
I took my mom here for a belated birthday breakfast today. First time to try it. They were busy at 8:30. Server and was good and the food arrived very fast. I had the breakfast with eggs, bacon, grits, a biscuit, and a pancake. She had the same breakfast, but no pancake. Everything was tasty. The grits were especially good. They were creamy just as advertised. The biscuit was good as well. It had a dusting of granulated sugar on top and came served with the cranberry apple butter, which was also good. The bacon was not crisp like I ordered, but wasn't floppy either. The pancake was light and fluffy. Overall it was very good but pricey for just regular breakfast. $44.00 with tax, tip and two coffees. I'll definitely go back, but probably not on a regular basis. I was too hungry to snap pictures
