CONSTABLES ARREST A SUSPECTED DRUNK DRIVER WHO WAS OVER TWICE THE LEGAL LIMIT On June 3, 2024, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 8000 block of FM 1960 Road East. The driver was identified as Priscilla Lopez, who displayed multiple signs of intoxication. A series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered, and it was determined that she was intoxicated. Further investigation revealed that her alcohol content was .206, over over twice the legal limit and that she had two open Misdemeanor Warrants. "Priscilla Lopez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrants and charged with Driving While Intoxicated. TownHubAdmin : Sad, She is only 23 years old and already has this awful addiction. I'm so glad they got her before she was able to kill someone. Too bad her bond is so low!
Probably because of her alcohol level. Most people would be passed out or blacked out at that level. I think I'd be dead
Anyone else think that $100 bond is low?! Desths by DUI are serious and creates nightmares for those who loose a loved one.

TEXASGIRLMAMMA : I detest these low bonds for activity that is potentially life threatening!
Is this the face of an alcoholic? How do you know?

FYI to anyone wondering about the "open warrants"
" Open warrants are low priority warrants for which police may not actively search for the perpetrator. For example, when a law enforcement officer pulls a driver over for a moving violation, the driver's name is run through a system to check for warrants. If there are any, the driver is immediately arrested. Under an open warrant, a person cannot renew a driver's license, travel by air or return through the border." So she's got a couple of those too. Sounds like someone in trouble or making other bad decisions.
