Horrific story, this happened in the Galleria mall and this guy was eventually arrested in Kingwood back on December 18th. Hopefully nobody here knows this total piece of human garbage. I wish they would publicly execute criminals like this.

I saw this on the news last night. They didn't report that he was arrested in Kingwood though. Good lord... I pray for those children.
