Food truck park and bar planned for Humble-will be hosting a grand opening event Jan. 13.
On the menu: The food truck park's lineup includes more than a dozen food trucks that will serve a variety of cuisine, including barbecue, fajitas, seafood, Cajun food, ice cream and snow cones.
What else: The food truck park will be located inside a two-story 10,000-square-foot-building with air conditioning; a 40-tap full bar; outdoor games, such as cornhole; and a children's playground. Porky's Backyard will also have two double-car lifts-which can be used when hosting car clubs-and three Formula 1 racing simulators.

LittleTexas : I heard that one gets too hot because they use turf in the seating area.

LittleTexas : I've been to this one and really enjoyed it, however the allure of Porky's not being exposed to the elements is quite alluring to me. Food Zone was hotttt when we went and that was September. Seating was also limited. This is Texas where it's super hot 80% of the year. To have an indoor covered food truck park that's out of the elements is perfect for us, and I'm excited to have it in the area.

ZMAN : Can you get one where the GIF works on the shirt?
