A coincidental looklike (look at his hairstyle) IMHO.

Certainly bears a resemblance. But why would he hit one night wearing nothing but his birthday suit with a mask/hat, and then shortly thereafter wearing clothes and no mask? I'm sure there's some mental illness involved, but the naked guy knew that what he was doing was wrong (henceforth hiding his face)

sweetie : seems to fit the greenbelt purse guy. He waited so they saw him at the door, the purse greenbelt guy waited till they saw him watching em sleep. He wants to be seen. Good news is he dosent have a basement with a well in it, because I've been looking for one in kingwood and they don't exist.

So the guy has to be 17-21, right? I can't believe no one recognizes him. Did his family just move here?
