Why just Foster?
All day long, people flying right through Forest Garden and Highland Laurels stop sign, in front of Deerwood Elementary.

That's gonna be hard for some folks in KW, considering how many I see blowing through not just STOP signs but STOP lights as well.

cbear : We do too. But we were not stopped. His protected turn light had turned red and we were on the road driving with a green light for quite some time. Idiot turned right in front of us. It was so stupid to do that. Where are people going in such a hurry?

I'm going to stop at the stop sign, put my truck in park, get out and walk in front, then look in all directions, dance around the truck (checking the air in my tires), then get back in and start driving again.Hopefully that will be a long enough time to avoid a ticket.
