Do better Kingwood! Got up real early to take our Fur babies for a short walk and was just disgusted by the amount of trash on walking trails.
Someone had bagged their fur babies poo and tied the poo bags but then just tossed them off the side of trail? Why?
Carry a small backpack, take your water, when done place back in backpack.
Beer cans, empty food wrappers, and cigarette butts. Come on! Do better!!!

JandS89 : Here is my personal take on poo bags. I think it contributes to landfills. Poo is biodegradeable and is fertilizer. Plastic bags are not. Never have I ever picked up my dog's poop on a walk. IMO.

cbear : I agree - the plastic is silly. But, as long as your dog hasn't left a Saint Bernard-sized steaming pile in the middle of the greenbelt, no problem. Dog owners should at least make sure the dump isn't on the greenbelt.

cbear : I was told you can be fined for not picking up after Fur-babies. With that said, in shared places, I have no problem doing so. If it's the rules and I try to be respectful of others always in shared places, no problem. I personally buy the Biodegradable pet waste bags anyway. What I am specifically talking about on this is the fact that you take the time to pick it up, tie a bag, and then toss the bag? Why?
