I wonder what circumstances beyond our control means. Rent went up?
They had some good drinks but didn't seem to be very crowded when I went.

They did have issues with Dutch Bros, that's why they changed their name. I bet that rent is high too but who knows.

ZMAN : Me too. I wonder if they just didn't get much traffic although a coffee place right off the highway seems like it would be successful. Perhaps because they did not have a drive through...morning commuters just went on up the road to McDonalds for a drive thru cup of java.

Dutch Bros sent them a letter threatening a lawsuit if they didn't change their name and they had to stop buying fresh pastries and go to a franchise.
