HOA transparency

Are you an HOA narc? Did you report my trash can being out at 10 pm the night before pickup every time for the past 6 months? If so, I'm tired of getting letters and I will still continue to put my damn cans out in the evening so I don't subject my neighbors to the visual of me in my boxers first thing in the morning! 😁🤔

I don't care about your damned trash cans.I care about the lawn truck that's been there for YEARS., blocking my view when I need to exit our cul-de-sac.But, thanks for asking.

Btw, we put our cans out the night before also. Nary a single letter.

Tell our HOA that! Not exaggerating I get a letter for it at least 4 times a year and I don't put them out until after dark and they are back in when I get home from work in the afternoon. They must have a quota or something!

Fiddledede : If it's in front of a Stop sign the city should be contacted not the HOA.

Fiddledede : What kind of lawn truck? Is it a trailer? A commercial type vehicle? Is it moved regularly? Not at all?
Bc most regs say you cannot park a commercial vehicle in the street and if it's yours and you drive it for work, it has to be in your driveway and moved every 24 hours.@ ExCTGuyInTX

Fiddledede : You should go to some HOA meetings and ask what they have done about it. You also might get an answer if you call the management company.

MissAmericanPie : Pickup with trailer attached, parked on the side of the street. They have a worker that parks his vehicle over the sidewalk. Yes, I have been to meetings . The hoa rep raised her voice and said I've told you twice we can't tell you. I responded with you've told me more times than that and you'll probably have to tell me again.We were both heated.

What concerns me is why are the forum members giving tips to a new member who is also the HOA Narc???

Fiddledede : They have WAY too much power BUT they recently lost the ability to take away someone's home for back dues. Dont even get me started on HOA's. I loathed mine of 30 years. They take our money but you'll NEVER get an accounting of how they spend it.

They own 2 houses next door to each other. Our trash days are Wednesday and Saturday . They put their cans out on Tuesday morning and leave them out until Sunday night or Monday afternoon!
