NWH Deed restrictions

I thought that was in most of the HOAs feed restrictions already. Maybe it was and they just wanted to tell everyone again. 4951

The HOA has a meeting Tuesday night, it's a great place to get answers from the board. 4951

gigem09 : Back when we lived there they were restrictions. Had to park a trailer overnight (in the drive, not on street) to use next day. It was just there for one night and gone in the am. During the next week we received a letter, lol. 4951

Barhopper123 : I just opened it last night but I haven't read anything in it does it give a specific amount that fines will be? And I don't think they should have any more power than what they already have so I probably won't sign it 4951

mutton : we got the same. Every time we use a trailer for a day to move something. But the guy across from me can have his boat in driveway forever. He did finally move it. They think it was me that turned them in but ot wasn't. 4951

When we picked up the pool tags they were there trying to get people to sign it without even reading it and without telling you how much the fines would be. They were trying to explain to everybody that it's more along the lines for all their renters and the landlords that don't keep up with the renters and letting the landscape overgrow and have that extra cars in the driveway and so-and-so but I seriously don't believe that either 4951

mutton : I dont know. That is just 1 thing they said that day. Plus the boats & trailers also. I refuse to give them more power. I am the one who had to call the news on the house that they couldn't help clean up bc it was in probate for 12 years. He was hoarders ex doctors house that blew up inside bc of meth making years ago. She had trash all over the yard in front. 4951

Must have new board members because when I had the issue with squatters they were working on rewriting the bylaws. All the board members had a reason to veto our everything that is being said above. They had rv's parked in the driveway, over sized trucks that didn't fit in the garage, cars in the driveway with covers etc. 4951

FLUFFYCAKES : What's wrong with having cars in the driveway? I can't get mine in the garage and my neighbors have cars in the street. We have 4 cars and they all fit in the driveway. I don't think they can mandate that you not park in the driveway or on the street. 4951

Most likely they have to get two thirds of the property owners to sign and that's almost impossible. 4951

TEXASGIRLMAMMA : I have no idea. We won't be able to get cars in garage also. Soon we will have 3-4 cars. We only have 2 now. I just looked on there it is talking about non operable cars in driveway on street or lot. Talking about RV s & sport utility vehicles. Things like that I was reading.
It talks about grass & landscaping , trash cans, things like that However, it doesnt say how much any of the fines would be. That is the problem I have signing this. I am all about keeping it clean but it needs to state how much things will be 4951
