Who has oversight authority for KSA organization and the infamous board we keep reading about in the media?

The KSA is a non-profit organization, not a government institution, so there's no oversight authority (or requirement for one). You have something in particular that is bothering you about the KSA? 4951

Am curious. If there is no oversight authority, are KSA directors elected and/or appointed by individual villages in Kingwood.? If not, how are KW and member villages best interests protected? Seems to me KSA mandates are made without village input and/or feedback. 4951
