We had a huge issue a couple years ago with out internet. Â I called and called. Â And I told them I'd keep calling until they fixed it. And I did. Â They finally had some guy call me that is a tech guru. Â I tell him the problem, he said to give him a couple of hours. Â He called back and sure enough, he was able to fix the problem. Â It helps when you call them, if you let them know you are not paying for services you are not getting. Â Always comes down to money. Â Haven't had an issue with their internet since.
@Fallon: I did the same thing. Â Finally, a couple weeks ago, they finally fixed our internet. Â The tech told me it doesn't look good on them to have repeating trouble calls in a short period of time. Â I actually said the same thing, I'm paying for service that I'm not getting. Â Amazing how that gets their attention.
