Its about 10 am so my suddenlink internet should start cutting out.  In and out all day long. 4951

Suddenlink.  I have called and had tech service and home service and lip service.  Problem usually intensifies during the summer heat. 4951

We had the same problem with Suddenlink and switched to Embarq.  It's been a few years and I don't have a single complaint with Embarq. 4951

we have Century Link & have n ever had a problem in 4 + years ...good rates too , check them out . 4951

We had a huge issue a couple years ago with out internet.  I called and called.  And I told them I'd keep calling until they fixed it. And I did.  They finally had some guy call me that is a tech guru.  I tell him the problem, he said to give him a couple of hours.  He called back and sure enough, he was able to fix the problem.  It helps when you call them, if you let them know you are not paying for services you are not getting.  Always comes down to money.  Haven't had an issue with their internet since.
 
@Fallon: I did the same thing.  Finally, a couple weeks ago, they finally fixed our internet.  The tech told me it doesn't look good on them to have repeating trouble calls in a short period of time.  I actually said the same thing, I'm paying for service that I'm not getting.  Amazing how that gets their attention.

I've had internet through Sprint/Embarq/Century Link (all the same place) since 01 and can't really complain.Have had a problem here and there, usually the modem, but they always get a replacement to me pretty quick. 4951

We have both.  Overlapping right now and Embarq is winning hands down. Suddenlink cut out at least once a day. Each time I'd have to unplug modem and reset.  Not one problem in 2 weeks with Embarq.  I'm about to tell Suddenlink  good bye!   Thanks for reminding me to cancel it. 4951

Yep...funny they never check the hub for our street but cant seem to find any problem on my line.  I had them run new cable from the house to the junction when the roof got replaced after the hurricane.   Same issues.  I had them run a new ground....same issues. 4951

SuddenLink is our cable provider, and I notice on the digital TV that there are drop outs everyday, sometime multiple times a day.If I notice the TV dropping out, I am sure internet and data would really suck.NOTE - TV digital drop out is a pixelation in the picture.Mine usually is NOT that bad, but that is the effect. Maybe I should get some rabbit ears instead 4951
