I've personally never witnessed a bad behaved dog, a dog that pisses and **** by food, or a dog shaking and slobbering at a dog friendly restaurant, and I've been to many.
Now I have witnessed babies screaming their heads off, throwing tantrums, throwing up, and throwing food and utensils at restaurants.
@xjamiex: I think most people are more understanding of kids acting up in restaurants because, let's face it, at one time or other, you or I probably acted up in public as a child. They are children, not robots. But, if going to eat in public, I would never imagine why it would be a good idea to bring our dog. Restaurants are for people, not canines.
