I take bell pepers, egg plant , onions , garlic, salt & pepper & dice everything up in large chunks drizzle with olive oil & bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes . This is a really yummy side dish for everything. Sometimes I add zuchinni or yellow squash too . 4951

Italian sausage spicey, split and grilled with..... sliced bell peppers chopped onion mushrooms and minced garlic using white wine, olive oil and butter...........  Find a nice bread aka roll, split and lightly grilled with the garlic butter sauce  Heat up your homemade or favorite marinara sauce................  Drop the sausage halves into your roll, cover with marinara, drop in the grilled veggies and cover it with two slices of provelone cheese.  Under the broiler it goes until the cheese is melted and starts getting those brown spots...  The Godfather italian hoggie.......................... 4951
