Anyone have a reference for a company that does a good job at a fair price for swimming pool resurfacing? 4951

Sell the house, buy a new one without a pool and let the new owners worry about it! That's what we did. 4951

Try Eastex pools and landscaping. you can go to their website. It looks like they did Alspaugh's BBQ.

Look at anywhere from $4500 to $6k (not including refilling the pool) this would include tiling.

If rust or it is pitting really bad the buyer might ask for the seller to resurface the pool or come down in price by $6k. 4951

I have no idea who to recommend. We used Monster pools and did a great job BUT they never come back to fix anything and they rarley return calls. I would not suggest them. 4951
