Ironically when I went in to the office today staff were indifferent. I work in sales and in any sense when a customer has an issue you try to resolve it to avoid losing business and/or also try to make those that pay for a service feel redeemed and satisfied.   I felt none of that. Either their customer svc is inept or they have these complaints all the time and know that (1) they suck and (2) there is no resolution.

@Hoopca is that in 45 minutes I've achieved all I've ever wanted....across the SAME lines within my house that sdn said could possibly be defective in wiring.  I very much wish that I would have saved myself ~20 hours of engagement in both appts, phone calls and also hold times. I will not get that back but I can STRONGLY express as to stay away from these vultures!!!Â

I write this this eveinng on my 10Mb up while watching a 1080p DVR film for the first time ever.....for less. All it took was a phone call and and less than an hour of my day. 4951
