Reliable Fiber Internet provider suggestions? Have Tachus/Eeze

I think you need to call Tachus. I don't think anyone elseprovides fiber optic in the area.

Feathersmith : How is that possible with all new equipment?? Have you had them come out for an audit?

They obviously made it out to be an issue on my end. Have had them for 2+ years. Never had issues until the last 3-6 months. As you can see it's on them in the attached.

I would call them and insist they come out and check everything. Tell them you've done everything on your end, and you need them to come out. Brightspeed offers fiber, but they are terrible. I fired them in favor of Tachus. Optimum also sucks, but some people find them reliable.Maybe Starlink?

My son does IT work. When we got fiber internet we were using our old router. My son connected my laptop directly to the router with a cable. I don't know what kind of cable it was. It worked fine. The problem stopped. That test proved that the problem was with the WiFi .So we bought a new router for the house that was one of the recommended ones by Tachus, got back on WiFi, and never had that problem again.

I WFH and have tachus w no issues. T mobile tries to get me to switch but im skeered

Feathersmith : For a few weeks I had a morning outage around 8 am. Only lasted about 10 minutes. It was not every morning but more often than I liked. This went only for about 3 weeks.

TMo is great in my experience. I'd still have them if the signal at my current home was strong enough.

Definitely would have a tech come out. We rarely have any issues with tachus. We use equipment they recommended. When I had them set up Tachus at my son's house, Tachus provided the modem/router. All I had to do was set up the password. I would get all equipment in the house checked first.
