#msg5984859I would appreciate help in finding someone local that does apple computer/epson printer repair inexpensively.i can't print, and screens say that it is out of ink, but that is not the case since we just refilled the ink. So frustrated…I am just a tech person.

So frustrated…I am just a tech person. Texasdaughter : Is the cartridge an Epson brand or an off-brand? I have been using Epson printers for years and use both Epson and off-brands. Sometimes you just need to take out the cartridges and just reinstall them, i.e. Just lift them up and click them in again.Another option is to go to settings and do a head cleaning and it will then hopefully recognize the new cartridges. Same thing will work with alignment.Epson is notorious for having glitches like this and it depends on how old the printer is. If it is older, it will be prone to a few more glitches, but there are work arounds.Another option is if you have Apple Support or even if you don't they usually still will help you. Sometimes they will work with you over the phone and take over you computer and show you what to do.Try these before spending your ? ? ?!
