Im looking for someone to take over my lease at Kingwood Lakes apartments. I have a 3 bedroom townhouse rent is 2010 a month all that would have to be paid is the 50 dollar application fee the month of August has already been paid for. Rent would be due September 1st. If anybody knows someone looking for a place please let me know i can meet and do a walk through ect. Hope this post is allowed 🙏

I think my base pay was 1900 maybe I just put on the ad my total for every month thats after fees like water ect and pet rent. Whats crazy is how much ill have to pay if I cant find someone to take over the lease 🙃 like 5-8k just to break the lease

Im in a nearly 3000 square home and I pay $2650 plus a $450 electric, $150 water and trash, and gas right now is $25, pest control (scorpion defense) is $49. Every month.

Oh and don't forget the $500 a month for storage because I need about $8000 to move it from texass to Arizona.

Narcissus : I never heard of them allowing you to chose another tenant…what about the vetting process, credit checks and background checks stuff? You could rent it to Hannibal Lechter for all they know…?

The new tenant would have to do the the $50 application fee/ background check however the rent was paid in full for August so the new tenant would just take over my lease from now until March 2027 their first rent payment would be due 9/1
I would be forfeiting my deposit to the new Tennant if they are approved for move in

I rented a cool duplex in Austin, had a nice backyard and great screened in side patio, and original hardwood floors., and curved doorways. About 10 minutes from the UT Campus on the bus. The rent was $125 a month...this INcluded utilities. Those were the days, my friend!
