Park & Ride is running on the weekends through July 11! I'm so excited about Metro running the bus from here every day, including the weekends. I've never seen this as an option over the past few decades. I hope it has good ridership because I'd love for it to be an option after the World Cup ends. I'll be heading downtown today and I even get to return late because the bus runs from about 8 am to midnight. Perfect for a night out without having to worry about traffic. I'll be using it as much as possible from now through the 11th. Does a weekend bus entice you to visit downtown more often?

It stops at Congress & Crawford right next to Minute Maid (or Daiken or whatever it's called now).

SweetStuff : It's because of the World Cup. Service ends at 9pm!
eighteen, You're thinking of the 255 bus. This is the 259 which starts here, goes to Townsen (Humble), Eastex P&R then on to downtown. When it returns, it stops at Eastex, then Townsen, and finally KW. 
It stops at Congress & Crawford right next to Minute Maid (or Daiken or whatever it's called now).

SweetStuff : This is good to know, thank you for sharing this information! I would be more inclined to want to go downtown via Metro on the weekends. I'm usually worried about parking situations down there, and it would be nice to not have to plan that out.
