Next Estate Sale by Texas Auctioneers & Estate Sales
Kingwood.com Approved - paid sponsor
This sale was supposed to be on March 6th and 7th - but due to the volume of stuff we had to push it back to March 13th and 14th to give us time to sort it all out. I am posting it early because we told people at our last sale it would be this weekend and I want to get the word out as much as possible.

GUYS, this house is SO FULL !!! I am sure we will be recovering some goodies over the next several days, so we will add additional photos along the way....
As usual we will release the address they day before the sale. I can tell you it is near the intersection of Northpark and WLH Pkwy.

I wish I was closer and able to make it. We're building an auxiliary building with a couple bedrooms a lot of this would go with and it would be huge for me not to buy everything new.

Out of curiosity and apologies if answered previously, but just on an average basis how long does it take to stage a house average size wise?

LyleLanleyII : Generally we get key to the home a week before the sale and that gives us enough time. This sale will take us 2 weeks. Good Question!!

GoldenGirl :
My goodness that is a lot of stuff! Hope you are able to sell it all. We've been to a few of these and really enjoyed them. Sometimes we leave empty handed (which is hard) and sometimes not! I do not need anything but my DH has found some great tools and things. I cannot wait until my DS gets his own apartment after college. That is when these sales would be so helpful. Good luck! 🍀
