I moved to Kingwood in Oct and it has been great. Just have one question: How can I get in contact with the HOA? I have not received a packet with information and I need one.
Thank yall

RamenCat :
Contact Kingwood Association Management at 281-359-1102. If they are not the HOA management company for your village, they can direct you to the company that is.

RamenCat :
Most villages have their own website that lists the management company, you could start by googling the name of your village.

You weren't provided a copy of your village HOA documents and covenants? That was your realtors job. Contact her and make her provide it.

Leave your trash can out the day past pick up or your Christmas lights up a week past Christmas and they will contact you. Most villages have websites with the info. Welcome to Kingwood.

MissAmericanPie : Maybe they are renting but, I do think the rental company should have given them information.

cardinalsong : Years ago when I googled Woodstream Village Google found one in New Jersey (Not sure now it was New Jersey but it was East Coast-ish, as I recall). It took me a while to realize that Woodstream Village was not the Kingwood Woodstream Village. So be careful with the exact search words you use.

MissAmericanPie : How do you know the realtor was female?

ExCTGuyInTX :
I guessed. That industry is dominated by women? Does it matter??

"How do you know the realtor was female?"

ExCTGuyInTX : Appropriate and reasonable guess. I didn't think anything of it, seemed okay to me. Even though my brother is a realtor. I get weary of writing him/her or his/hers -- just pick one that seems reasonable for the discussion it is used in and go with it.

RamenCat : you are not the only one, I hope you moved into a community where the HOA is alive and active and doing their job.
