Frequent water service interruptions in Sand Creek We're in the southeast corner of Sand Creek, directly across Kingwood Drive from Riverwood Middle School. In the last few days, we've lost water service 5-6 separate times, for up to one hour at a time. Anyone else seeing this issue?

Ticagro : I'm sorry y'all are having problems with COH water. We've had no problems in the southwest corner of Sand Creek.
Ticagro : Well I have folks in front of my house working on the drain system. Pumping the water from the fire hydrant a few houses down. I wonder if that could be impacting water.
Ticagro : This happened to us last week. Apparently there was a leak up the street from us and they shut off the water (no warning) to repair it. It was off for a few hours.
Ticagro : Last week, my downstairs toilets started erupting throwing out water everywhere- thankfully, no sewer water. Luckily Chris with Abbie's Plumbing just happened to be around the corner. As he came up my street, he notice a COH truck and asked them what they were doing. They were flushing out the city owned sewer pipes. Chris told them they were using too much pressure! While it was a pain to clean up, it could have been much worse. I live on the western side of Sand Creek and had my water go out a couple of times last week.
JamminTX : You're right! While living in an older neighborhood has many advantages, the aging infrastructure won't last forever.
