Harris County commissioners considering banning panhandling and street vendors

I bet they just start selling these vendors day passes for them to continue and they can get some revenue from them.

I suppose the ones that walk up to your car to sell you flowers, toys, balloons, or whatever. People run scared in their own home and more so when they are approached by strangers in their vehicles. My son has had rocks thrown at his car for not allowing someone to wash his windshield at a stop light.

Polititions on the Commisioners Court. Ellis & Briones voted no. Ellis felt that he should not criminalize people for being poor.
