DRayGunn : this is a rumor; HPD, nor any other LEO agency has declared the need for an investigation re a serial killer. The cases being investigated separately, at this point.
DRayGunn : the FBI will not take over right away, but could be called in, depending on evidence, continuance, etc. Posting the article to keep rumors at bay.
LittleTexas : That has nothing to do w my comment. It was a question. I feel people would be more helpful knowing hpd wasn't involved. Look what they did to the candy man case.

Houston Serial killer. Im not 100% w this but if HPD declares a "serial killer" is in Houston, doesn't the FBI take over?
