Eli Lilly Coming to WLHP/BW area

apparently Eli Lilly has purchased a giant chunk of land near generation park which is that big shopping center at the end of Westlake Houston Parkway right under beltway eight. It will take 5-6 years to complete, but will be officially announced as a project in our area. later this month. going to employ many many people to build it and even more to work there. That are is going to boom with apartments and homes, and even more businesses

Let me guess. They will get huge tax credits for many years and when they are over pull up and move somewhere else leaving all those employees and a giant building behind.

Possible, but Lord I hope not! There is a lot of empty land out where they bought, so it would be nice to see some development out that way,and hopefuly positive additions. The jobs created when it opens, will be good for that area.
