Kudos to Sherwood Trails new Association or COH as they have mad
Kudos to Sherwood Trails new Association or COH as they have made the owners of the corner property on Sweetgum trails across from the Elm Grove pool clean up the property! They have removed all the overgrown vegetation that was hiding all the damage to the garage after the Hurricane 5-8 years ago! They will now have to fix the garage!

muffy : I know that one too. It was a total rat trap. They are finally fixing it but there's a reason why it sold for that! It is awful. So there's 3 houses like that lol!
