A lot going on today I guess. I know I just posted, but on my way back from humble, I was on 1960 when I saw an ambulance, so I turned into the HEB lot on a whim, and while I was exiting I was cut off by a cop trying to maneuver a U-Turn, and surely enough in the WLH/1960 intersection, a car had collided with a school bus. I didn't see any children, but prayers for all involved.

Humble doesn't start school til tomorrow so bus may have been a practice run. I hope no one was hurt.

I was at EXXON and got out of my car, sounded like someone really jumped the curb....looked over and a school bus was barreling towards people at stoplight. Hit black infiniti suv (sandwiched) and a white kia smaller suv. Airbags deployed. No children on bus. Opened the trunk for black suv because they had no other way out. Helped one lady out and some men helped the remaining 3 adults, including one elderly man. Everyone is OK. A utility truck had ran a red light, hitting the school bus hard and it had nowhere to go but towards traffic after being hit on the turn.

No kids were injured, all parties that were involved have been checked out by ems and hospital staff minor burses and scratches nothing major occurred, beside the lose of the vehicles

Wiseowl : Poor bus driver if they were in training and this was new job for them! I can only imagine how rattled they were.

Ironically, I was just thinking yesterday or today (I can't remember, which) that I would never want the responsibility of driving a school bus.
