Somebody must have taken the tape down. There was a flattened cone that I saw at last minute as I was exiting.

ForestFinds : Centerpoint moved the lines and put in new poles when the Northpark construction started. They didn't remove all the old equipment which was no longer being used. I'm sure it's not considered a high priority until the right people bring it to their attention.
