Lennar Homes of Texas is clearing land for a new subdivision called Northpark Enclave at Loop 494 and Northpark. It will contain 100 single family homes on approximately 11 acres. But one acre will go to stormwater detention. That means the homes will be built ten to an acre.

RaggedyAnn : What about streets? They will also take up a lot of land. I think it will be an awful neighborhood!

I inherited a house off of Northpark that flooded twice. This upsets me so much that I am going to eat a piece of pie at 2 in the morning!

Yay Muffy! There are a few not so nice things about being old enough to retire however the advantages far outweigh the negatives . I love retirement.
