Flags for Memorial Day. Do you fly flags for patriotic holiday? We will be putting ours out today.

When I first moved to Kingwood, some villages had small flags at every driveway. I miss that.

I place small flags along the curb for each veteran holiday. We should never forget the sacrifices made by those who protect our nation

Yes, we will have our flag out today. I did see a lot of villages also have them out in front by their signs, and I was glad to see that.

If you need a large flag, I saw a bunch for sale at HEB when you enter on the pharmacy side.

Realtors usually come by and put small flags at the curb for patriotic holidays.

I keep my flag up year round, but I do place small flags along my walkways and flower beds for Memorial Day, Veterans Day and of course Independence Day!

Kittle : I remember that! It looked really nice. I have a few small ones I think I will go ahead and put out.
We will get our big flag out tomorrow.

Kittle : We have flown the flag every day since 9/11. So do most of my neighbors.

Kittle : If you ever drive down Rustic Woods Drive into Sand Creek almost all the homes on that street have a nice tall flag pole and they fly their flags all the time. I would say it should get the most patriotic prize for the KW area. I love how it looks!

When I was an HOA board member we put flags out at every driveway. That was a lot of hot work. We had to carry screwdrivers to make a small hole to put the flag in - we could tell who watered their lawns.😄
