I have a question. How do we get in touch with some who runs the fountain. ? I would like to honestly know when kids or adults put bubbles in fountain do they have to repair it each time or how often & how much does it actually cost ? Can we see the bill ? Who actually pays for the fountain? Is it kingwoodians? Have many questions about this & other things like the pond up front in kingwood ? Who takes care of that & who pays for all

Cantaffordthis : We do pay for all of it. I bet the pump does not have to replaced each time, but is definitely not good for the pump.

Cantaffordthis : I believe each HOA pays into KSA. KSA manages and pays for the fountain. Each time someone puts stuff in the fountain there is a chance it has to be repaired. It depends on the type of chemical they use to make the bubbles.

Chrysanthemum : So who pays for it ? Do our hoa fees for it or does this group pay for it themselves?
