I had to buy a new IPhone this morning, Ugh! My other one blitzed out and froze up on me. I got an upgrade but still out of pocket for the accessories, updated data plan. I can't catch a break sometimes. I was home last night and today until my phone just froze up on me. $160 later, I'm home with a new phone and everything is fine now. Oh., my bill is going to be higher monthly too.

I stopped using iPhones and Samsung. I buy Motorolas from Best Buy and get a protection plan. They work great and last, plus I am not under contact with cell phone provider.
funny how we NEED cellphones now. I think when I retire I'll cancel my service and toss the phone in the trash

You could cancel you plan, and keep the phone to dial emergency services. That works without a plan.

I hate that. My phone is super old. I think it is an Iphone 7. I am hoping it continues to last a while. I can't afford another one now. Like you said, with all of the accessories, upgrade fees and other charges, it is not in my budget now. I have to keep deleting pictures and apps just to take more pictures!

Just had to replace mine as well.
A microscopic piece of the charger broke off in the phone. My husband was able to remove it, but the charging port was damaged. Frustrating!'

Yes me too. Battery goes quickly and phone glitches a lot now too. My husband and kids have all gotten phones twice since I got this one. I hate the cost and having to learn a new phone. I will detest the new phones for a few weeks.
