Our outdoor thermometer registers 21. Yesterday at this time it registered in the teens. Hmmm perhaps I need a new thermometer.
So 5:20 in the morning and 15 degrees, in Kingwood, Both Alexa and KDC. KPRC says it is 15 in Conroe and 24 in Houston, really cold.
It hangs on one of the back porch posts, but facing the house. Guess it is a little protected.
My thermometer was at 18 this morning on the porch. I knew it was cold cuz ..... My wee wee went bye bye when I attempted to water the grass. Upon returning to the inside, it was once again, after an extensive search........ thankfully, relocated. time for coffee now.

Ours is somewhat protected as well but usually is two or three degrees cooler than IAH as reported on local news which is reasonable as we are a bit farther north.
