This is so ridiculous....what kind of company does this???? How are they allowed to get away with it?

Not that I am defending Apsen (they are terrible) but did anyone think about the fact that the "as-built" drawings/locations of the utilities/pipes/fiber lines arent where Aspen is being told / surveyed where they are? Lets not pretend the CoH Water, CP and ATT/Suddenlink are outstanding companies with picture perfect operations/installs.

Just make sure to use Centerpoint to report any damaged or non functional street lights as well.
