This is Jubal-About a week ago, I found a bike laying in my front yard, but just let it stay there thinking the kid/owner would retrieve it. No one did after 4 or 5 days so I looked at it closer and saw that it was a pretty nice men's rugged Mountain Bike, with the flat 90 degree handlebars & racing seat. So I took some pics and have since then stored it in my garage because I figured it must be stolen since no one came back for this kind of expensive bike. How long it had been missing & why it was dumped in my yard is anybody's guess. The Police don't have any stolen bikes reported-like this one.
I just want to see it returned to its rightful owner, so: Is anyone missing a mountain bike?? Contact me here with a description of it & I can send some pics to confirm it for you.

Jubal : There's a few bike shops around the area which you could maybe check with them if they sell that type of bike and maybe they have serial number and name.

Donnawisdom : I HAD THE SAME SITUATION WITH A MOUNTAIN BIKE LEFT IN MY DRIVEWAY. LEFT IT THERE FOR A COUPLE DAYS AND NO ONE CAME FOR IT. VERY STRANGE. MAYBE SOMEONE IS **** AT THE BIKE OWNER AND JUST DID IT AS A PRANK. SAD, THEY DON'T HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO. This discussion has been locked.
