At 5:45 am no construction activity, did not appear to have anything being prepared or planned. No construction workers or vehicles present on inbound or outbound lanes. 1 lane open each direction and traffic was flowing.

North park had both lanes open on both sides, work in ditch at 2 places ðŸ˜€

Maybe one thread on construction updates should be frozen at the top so everyone can add to it. Might make it everyone's first stop for updates.
