Kingwood Management Payment...

Did anyone here pay their yearly fees to the Kingwood Management Association online with a credit card?
I did back in Janurary. Now, they are telling (with 3 different letters in a week, and one sent registered mail) that I did not pay.

I contacted the third party they use for online payments, They confirmed my payment made. When I showed this to the KMA office. I was informed that both payments (KMA and the local district accounts) went all in one account. And I must give them a writtent noticed to have the money transfered into the required into the other account.

This is their glich or malfuction, but I must fix their problem. I'm very busy, and this irrates me. All these years, they cannot have the money sent into the proper accounts?

They are worthless.
Am I the only one in this situation?

@legitimateZMAN : True. I agree (wow, first time I agreed with you, I've even gave you some tips). They won't listen to me or others that have a legitimate complaint. This is NOT the first time I've dealt with them in similiar matters.
