Rocklady2020 : no not really, its just earthy tasting coffee, its hard to describe, but definitely has something different about it than regular coffee.

ZMAN : The earthiness comes from crawfish poop. Emoticon

ZMAN : That is the coffee I first drank, at 17, and why I use SO much creamer in my coffee. It is Good stuff. Community Coffee used to make a Mardi Gras blend this time of year; I need to look for it, as it is really good, too. Baked Beignets are easy to make, and would be great with that coffee:

luannski : I used to go NOLA often on business. There was a Cafe Du Monde in the airport that I always stopped at for beignets. I wasn't aware that they were available in our area. I'm going to check it out. 4951
