I love how businesses are helping each other out like this. I have never used Va Va Bloom, but I'll make a mental note! 4951

I have to say it is easier for moms of boys. We have to buy the mum and dinner but man, girls have to have dresses, get makeup and hair done, mani and pedi, shoes, purse, jewelry etcWe bought my son a suit in the 10the grade and he is still wearing it.  I just have to get him a new tieEmoticon

Is my favorite florist.  I was worried about getting a corsage for homecoming.  So I called and just found out they are running out of Kingwood Garden Center right now.  They did flood in Town Center.Anyway just passing along some info on another local store, that did flood, but is still open and runningEmoticon

@Fallon: Channel 26 News just did a very nice story on both businesses, and KGC sharing its space with VBB, at least thru the holidays.

I have 3 girls ! Fallon forgot hair ! Hair has to be done too along with dress, shoes, etc. and they never pick the dress at the first place. Nope, have to find about 3 or 4 places from here to Houston. And guess what , they always go back to the first place to buy the first dress they tried on. Lol 4951

The new Family Thrift store on 1960 has a huge selection of barely worn dance dresses and I'm sure young man items.... I have two kids and do all my shopping for their clothes and most of my business attire comes from there as well. It's all in great condition. Just buy, wash and wear! Emoticon I completed a really cute winter wardrobe for my 6 year old for less than $30 and she doesn't have to worry about wearing the same outfit as the other kids, which really bothers her. Lol... it's also very organized so it's easy to browse. 4951
