Guys, I promised some updates and will post a few pics.As most of you know I pretty much do EVERYTHING myself having amassed many years of experience due to my PHD degree in OldFartPlateau.  The job I do is as good as and in many cases better than the contractors. After the flood damage, I discovered that although I was willing and able, my brain was writing checks my body simply refused to cash. I was at a crossroads I could not retreat from. As much as it pained me........I KNEW I needed to hire some help.My brother has this crew that he used for commercial work and build outs. One portion of this family crew, did in fact do some custom work on homes, sheetrock, flooring construction, jcustom cabinets, showers all of it..... etc. SO I gave them a shout, and....Anyway, long story short, these guys are friggin phenomenal. Those of you who know me know that I RARELY endorse or promote such.....however in this case it is warranted. For the last 5 weeks, they have showed up at around 8 am, stayed till 6 30, and never missed a day. Except for lunch, they work their butts off all day. More importantly, they do CRAFTSMAN quality work. This is a term i almost never utilize with crafts having done commercial construction for some 34 years. If you guys need a contractor, please give me a call or call Hector 346-309-1460Just let him know I sent ya, I get no kickback or commission, dont even want one. Its just very rare to come across such an individual and such a crew (all related family) This is one thing I just wanted to share with the forum. Any one is welcome to come over and check out their work. Finishing up on my home and are now doing my 3 neighbors homes so you can see for yourself...Ray 4951

@RayDude, I am beyond relieved and just so elated to see you back posting on the Board, my friend....  I, just like @Fallon , and just everyone else who knows you, good Bud, know exactly how meticulous you are (and I mean that only most complimentary way possible), but, dude, I've (we've all) been quite concerned thinking - No, knowing - that you were way overdoing it....  I'm super glad and thankful that you realized that you're just one dude....    A heck of a righteous, resilient, hard working, genuinely good dude, but still just one dude...  ....And called for some professional back-up....  ....And I know that if you not only hired, but are satisfied enough to recommend these guys, then they're top-notch!  I appreciate the info, my friend, and am relieved to hear that the crib's coming together, better than ever over there, without you seriously injuring yourself....  Please give Ms. Jan and Homie our very best, and if you should find yourself needing any aid getting things squared back away, just holler, you've got a many a friend on this Board, myself very much included.....
