I usually go biographical but want something to read tonight that wont cause me to have to reconsider everything I have ever thought I knew. In other words, something mindless. No horror/suspense or romance. Those should actually be lumped together.. 4951
I just checked out a biography on Queen Victoria.  (have not started yet) But it was her blood line that caused the Czar Nicholas II's son (Alexei) to have hemophilia! His wife was kin to Queen V. Also the Bio on Czar Nicholas II is excellent too!! 4951

Like I said , I haven't started it yet... but they have many people who wrote Bios on her at the library... Some are VERY thick,, some not so much.  So I would pick the one that looks to be the length that interests you.  LOL  Just check their computer for Aisle location and Title.   4951
I found "A Traitor's Wife" by Alison Pataki..i read it a couple of years ago. A historical fiction about the wife of Benedict Arnold and how she was behind his betrayal..ill see if I missed anything the first time, I guess. 4951
It's a great one, it's a memoir of his bizarre childhood, nothing to heavy, kind of in the same vein as Dave Sedaris. It's very funny and kind of sad without being over the top. 4951
