Internet was usable during the hurricane, but the past week or so the internet has only been working during daylight hours (~noon-8pm). Has anyone else been experiencing this? 4951
Did you sign up for nighttime usage? It's a new government thing, you are taxed on internet usage heavier during the evening and night hours when porn usage is higher.

Mine went out about 8. Kids started complaining. I called wont be able to come out til Sat. Of course I get a job they can come during day but if stay home cant come til end of day. They maybe get a new box. But yeah we went for 5 days then last not it went out. 4951
I'm in Greentree, no flooding, and we've had no internet since last week. All Suddenlink would tell me after two days of trying to call and sitting on hold forever was "yep there's an outage in your area" and "NO ETA on when it will be fixed". Great, try telling that to high school teachers that have already sent home homework requiring research on the internet. 4951
My internet keeps dropping. I work from home so it's a big problem. At least it is on intermittently and there is a tech coming to fix it in the next couple of days. I hope that takes care of it. 4951
Ours was horrible for awhile and we got a tech out to rerun wires. This was probably a month ago. Has worked ever since except a few hours during Harvey. 4951
