@ET, your yankee is showing. Â lolWhat kind of corruption can an ISD officer get into? Â Getting a PB&J to look the other way if a kid is late to class? Â
@Fallon:
In this case--feeding an inner pedophile personality by working daily around children.
@TXtransplant:
There we go....my question still stands....why do we need it? They are running around in Tahoes...why??? Are they finding swarms of truant kids they have to load up and cart off to the pokey? No, they just like them. Bureaucracy run amuck.Â
@ET:
I believe these programs started as a response to public outcry to "protect" children from school shootings and domestic terrorism.
Personally, a school system having their own police force instills the same comfort level as the TSA being able to aptly detect airport terrorism plots.
@TXtransplant:
But they got my shampoo.
@ET:
Mine as well on more than one occasion.
It was a good thing too...I had mischevious plans for pandemonium by creating a slippery floor on the jetway. Fortunately for others I was foiled by the sheer skill and outright cunning of the luggage screening agent.
