To get the good stuff.. you have to ask for the lamb shank and/or gyro meat and they will get it from the back. Overall, I really like the place. I don't think it's overpriced and the food is delish.Yes, the building layout sucks, and they clearly skimped on the details, but I feel like the food is fair for what I pay for, and that's all I'm looking at when seeing how many falafels I can fit in my mouth at once...
@JackDaneCPA: Dimassi's took over Zio's, which was a fairly open concept but dark. You can tell they focused their build out money on the buffet line, but they did open it up some and add more light.
If you've never been to Dimassi's and don't know what to expect, it might seem pricey.
The pricing for the weekend is higher than the weekdays, so that needs to be considered.
When we went, it was very clean, the staff was very nice and we enjoyed it.
