>> Just figured it out!  Now  Im wondering why we are unable to delete our own threads. Is there a reason for this?  Just curiousÂ
@Ruger5: Â You can't delete any threads. Â You can message KDC and ask them to delete it, but it's up to them.
@Retired_Engineer: Thats what I don't understand. Why? For instance the other day I posted something only to discover the link was the wrong link to the topic. Operator error no doubt, but I was unable to post the desired link. Sooooo being unable to delete my own thread I had to edit so as to create a whole different topic.
The owner can do as they wish, whether it makes sense or doesn't, I'm just baffled as why we can't delete on our own, but I'll live.   I suppose I could ask Joe, and I think I might.  😀Â
@Ruger5: I mean I know why most sites have it set up that way, which is because the code they use for the website/forums do not save deleted posts but does save an edit log so if you delete a post you lose all record of the contents which makes moderating hard(you have to rely on hearsay if somebody deletes a ToS violating post before you catch it)
