Can't help but wonder why all the Ohio, Washington , and California license plates , maybe rental cars ?

I am sure when they get the auto insurance quote, they decide to keep the old plates as long as possible. 4951

That's true. When we moved here and got our new insurance quote I wanted to barf. It doubled. The insurance guy said Houston is considered a dangerous place to live and that's why our insurance went up. 4951
