Stop eating crap or anything that says diet. Eat good meals and exercise a 3-4 times a week. There is no other way. And if you drink wine or beer, better be running like 5 miles a day to burn that stuff off otherwise you will get fat and gross.
@beastmode: Real, whole, good foods in their natural state or with very little alteration or processing. This doesn't mean raw rabbit food, either. Grill meats, steam or roast veggies with natural, non-process seasonings and fats. Limit starches but when you do have them, stick to the naturally grown kind vs. breads, tortillas, etc.
Did it grow this way? If so, good...enjoy it.
Also, good whole foods do not come in a box and sit on a grocery shelf for weeks or months. They are fresh and perishable.
